The NVBA treasurer, in conjunction with the board of directors, produces a budget every year in January. The NVBA budgets on a calendar year basis. The NVBA board receives a financial report every month from the treasurer. To maintain the highest level of transparency with our membership, the board began publishing these monthly recaps starting in January 2017. The treasurer submits the books to a CPA once a year in April for auditing prior to the annual meeting. The audit letters are posted below and the treasurer gives a verbal report at the annual meeting.
